Default How do I update my Asus P5B-Deluxe BIOS?

My ASUS Update Utility will not connect. How else can I find an updated BIOS...

I found a update I believe in .ROM format at the ASUS website, but I have no idea what to do with it.

Anyways, thanks in advance

unless you are experiencing changes dont flash your bios

if you mess up the bios you will have a 200 buck paper weight

Use the online thingy. I did it for my M2N-SLI. Worked like a charm.
