Default How Do I Know?

If my MOBO can support GDDR3 Video Cards?

My MOBO is BIOSTAR TForce 6100 Socket 939.

It supports 64 FX, 64 and X2.

Supports Dual Channel DDR
DDR 266/333/400

but how do i know if i can buy a Video Card that has GDDR3 and will it work?

i have the same mobo and in fact it can the video card itself is the component that supports the ram

The RAM of the computer has nothing to do with the capatibility of a graphics card's memory. So yes a GDDR3 will work on your computer.
