Default How can you intcrease CPU RPM Speed?

Okay I just bought a new CPU fan,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186134
It runs just as good as the stock one did! The RPM speed is about 600 RPM slower though. Anyone know a way to make this go faster, which will make my CPU cooler. The CPU is at 58C. I like to keep it at, at LEAST 45C.
Thanks in adavnce.

Hmmm I think the whole point of that fan is to keep it cool and QUIET by keeping the fan rotating slower. I'm sure if you download a program like SpeedFan you can change speeds.

I would check the bios and see if there is anything there keeping the RPM's down.

There is something in the bois that you can change. I don't know if that ll be able to make it 13 degrees C lower though.
