First of all, I had some people on the General Pc's help me and I would like to thank them, but then I have been working really hard around my neighborhood for extra money. So could you guys rate this.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 940 Deneb 3.0GHz
MOBO: BIOSTAR TFORCE TA790GX3 (Combo with the CPU)
GPU: XFX 4870 512Mb
PSU: Antec Signature 650W
CASE: Antec 900 (Combo with the PSU)
RAM: OCZ Reaper HPC 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066
CPU HEATSINK: Core Contact Freezer

Should I go with this or Intel. I kinda wanted to go with AMD but you guys will know much more than I do.

$984.32 shipped.

You would save cash with Intel. You can make a faster build with a Biostar TP45 and a Q9400. The Video card is solid. Don't use that Antec psu, included psus stink. Get a Corsair 650tx. As for ram, if you are into overclocking get the 2gig kit of 1100mhz OCZ gold's, if you wont be overclocking then the reapers work. The core contact is a great cooler.

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
Newegg.com - Intel Core2 Quad Q9400 2.66GHz 6MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops
Newegg.com - OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1100 (PC2 8800) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Desktop Memory
Newegg.com - CORSAIR CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply - Power Supplies

That is a combo, not a bundle psu....the antec signature does not suck, but a corsair 650tx will be a lot cheaper.

+1. The Phenom 2's are only a good option for people who already own amd motherboards.

So I took your guys advice, went with this

CPU: Intel Core2 Quad Q9400 2.66GHz
MOBO: BIOSTAR TForce TP45HP
GPU: XFX 4870 512Mb
PSU: Corsair 650Tx
CASE: Antec 900 (Combo with the PSU)
RAM: OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1100 X2
CPU HEATSINK: Core Contact Freezer

This build only saved me about $40, is that really better than the other build.

As far as I know 1066 and 1100 ram is basically the same stuff. Its normally just slightly factory overclocked 1066 ram. Besides on the q9400 you should run your fsb and ram at 1:1. So it wouldn't matter since I don't think a q9400 can hit a fsb that high. The ram I posted is actually basically the same or slightly faster since its 5-5-5-15 instead of 5-6-6-15.

Though being out of stock would cause a problem unless it gets back in by the time he orders.
