Home Theater Build Suggestions?

The computer I would like build is a home theater PC, so I'm looking
for a case that has a small form factor, appropriate for a HTPC. In
general, I'm looking for:

Dual core or quad core processor (must be able to playback 1080p video)
Video card or motherboard with HDMI out (do not need a TV tuner)
4 GB RAM
1 TB hard drive
Bluray DVD rom
Wifi
Remote control - not currently aware of any on the market.

^^ That looks good but I would change the cpu to a x2 4850e. It has significantly lower power consumption but is still fast enough for HD playback.

What remote are you using for your home theater now? If you have a universal you should be able to use that.

Right now I'm using a Harmony 550 with my Zalman HD-160
