Default Holiday Intel Build, Ideas and Suggestions Welcome

So here is the computer that I have been considering getting, I think the most demanding activity for it will be games, and I don't intend to overclock yet, but I think that I could in the future with this setup. I am certainly looking for ideas and suggestions from other people about the parts I have suggested, whether they are good or bad or whatever, with this it looks like for around 1350 I can it all, and a little more for a mouse, keyboard and some speakers.

OS: - Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - Operating Systems

Case: - Antec TWO HUNDRED S Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

CD: - LITE-ON DVD Burner - Bulk 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model iHAS124-04 - CD / DVD Burners

PSU: - Seasonic SS-850HT 850W ATX12V v2.31,EPS12V v2.92 80Plus Silver Certified, Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies

CPU: - Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 3000 BX80623I52500K

HDD: - SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive

MB: - MSI Z68A-G45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

RAM: - G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR

GPU: - EVGA 012-P3-2068-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 448 Cores Classified 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Monitor: - ASUS VS Series VS228H-P Black 21.5" 5ms HDMI LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor 250 cd/m2 50000000:1 (ASCR)

I have a few questions about this already.

1. Should I keep the GTX 560 ti 448 core 1280mb or a little cheaper 2gb 560 ti or a little more expensive GTX 570? How great is the performance difference, compared to price?

2. How does the Samsung Spinpoint 32mb cache compare to a Western Digital Caviar Black 64mb cache?

3. What is the advantage of an LED back lit monitor? And is there any noticeable performance difference between 5ms and 2ms response time for a monitor?

Thanks Very Much!!

1) The GTX 560 Ti 448 looks to be in a sweet spot, price-to-performance I think its your best bet.
2) From what I've read; in real-world performance you won't notice much of a difference between the Spinpoint F3 and Caviar Black, except when it comes to paying for them.
3) Again from what I've read, there shouldn't be much difference as long as its 5ms or less. If you can find a 2ms for the same price why not, but not worth a premium as far as I can tell.

Build looks good, few things I might consider though:

Seasonic makes a great PSU, but something about that one puts me off, might be that its OEM.
I'd consider a Corsair TX750 V2 or OCZ ZT 750W, 750W will still be plenty for this build, even if you decide to SLi in the future.

Personal preference, but I like the Sony Optiarc DVD drives, plain face and good brand.

Again personal preference, but I really don't like the inexpensive Antec cases. Good build quality, they just leave out basic amenities like cable routing holes.
I'd check out the Rosewill Challenger, NZXT M59, NZXT Source 210, and Sentey GS-6070
