@Jumping_Bean514 - Nice monitor suggestion. Good stuff.

But that brings me to another question. Would it be better to get a PSU with 700w? Or 600w? Either way, it will be from the OCZ GameXStream series.

700-watts is pretty future-proof. At least for a good three to four years. You would be able to run dual core with SLI if you decide to later on.
