i would get the HIS cos it is A) cooler looking B) better stock cooling C) cheaper

The Sapphire card you linked to is actually an XTPE, not an XT.

I haven't heard much about HIS, so just google some reviews and if there's nothing really bad about them, get it if it's cheaper.
