Purpose:
  1. Gaming

  3. Benchmark
  4. Daily Use
  5. 24/7

There's a lot better you can do than that.

If it's mainly for gaming, I'd pick the e8600.

RAID has to do with hard drives, not CPU. I don't think that will have any effect on your CPU score.

I seen some scores and they seem to be higher when you have RAID but now I can't seem to find it.
