first of all u dont need that a8n32-sli u not going to use two video cards. Next OCZ Gold Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM this is ddr2 is doenst work with amd socket 939. next u have gold series and xms ram save your self a couple bucks and go with value ram, is the same performance. The only difference is that the xms and gold are overclokable. use the extra money to upgrade your card to something better. I dont know about the PSU. The rest looks fine.

CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM. This memory is $179 can you please recommend 2x1gb that cheaper.

Video Card:
SAPPHIRE 100154 Radeon X1800XT. This video card is $299 is there a better video card around the same price?

Thanks

I dont know how the 7900gt stacks up against the x1800xt, but that's around the same price.
