Video Card:
SAPPHIRE 100154 Radeon X1800XT

PSU:

first of all u dont need that a8n32-sli u not going to use two video cards. Next OCZ Gold Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM this is ddr2 is doenst work with amd socket 939. next u have gold series and xms ram save your self a couple bucks and go with value ram, is the same performance. The only difference is that the xms and gold are overclokable. use the extra money to upgrade your card to something better. I dont know about the PSU. The rest looks fine.

Great, it dropped below 200 bucks before rebate. I hope the sale is the rebate because last time I checked they were $240 before I think. You should also get the X-Fi Xtreme Music as well.
