Hey im currently in the process of listing my computer spec, and was wondering if anyone could confirm for me that it will all be compatible and that it will perform on high settings at high fps for my gaming ( Mostly WoW) My spec as follows :

I was on a budget of around 700 pounds, i also understand thats alot of help i ask for so thank you for any feedback given

While the 9800 is a great card, its old, Get a 5 series ATI card in your price range... I'm not up on good deals in the UK so someone else will find one for you.

ATI currently has the best bang for the buck, so you'll get a better working card.

I'm not sure of the psu, CiT, but I'd suggest a better brand, and unless you're going to dual card it, you could go smaller 550W ish .
I'd skip the vga cooler, unless youre in a hot enviroment, or high overclocks, its a waste.

Don't get a "green" drive for your os drive. Theyre ment to save power, so as a os drive they tend to not work as well.

700 punds is a good price, and with some help from the UK members, you'll be able to really trick out yopur biudget.

And lastly, welcome to the Forum.

I would save some money and buy a i5 750. There is no point on buying a cpu with gpu integrated if you're buying a gpu...

Agree with patonb regarding the gpu, psu and hdd.

I changed the PSU to a :
530W-Be-Quiet-PurePower-L7
I also changed the HDD to a Samsung 500GB F3 hard drive SATA II 300 16MB cache 7200rpm oem

took out the VGA cooler

I also checked to change the Cpu however it would cost me £25 pound more for the i5 750 instead of the i5 650

And for the graphics card I have chosen a Sapphire ATI Radeon Hd 5670 1gb

Is this any better ?

As I mentioned in another thread, my personal experience is that the 5770 will bog you down during graphics intensive games with the settings on full. I'd recommend going for a 5830 or better, especially if you don't want to upgrade soon.

I still think you should save for the i5 750. The i5 750 has 4 cores while the i5 650 only has two. Unless you're in hurry to buy it I think you should wait.

Or you can try a AMD build since they have a better performance/price ratio.
