Help with Zalman 9500 Installation

I am installing the zalman 9500 cpu cooler on an AMD X2 4800+.
I have an ASUS A8N32 motherboard, how do I tell if the CPU retention frame is pushpin type or not.

others that have used this cooler, did you have to use the provided standoffs/nipples??

Please help soon as this is where I am stuck right now. Thanks
