you can prob make a better system for the price, if your not set on that, ican make you a nice i7 system which a good monitor for under 1k easy.

That looks like a pretty nice computer for the price, I would leave it exactly how it is for now and if you decide later on that you need more/better RAM then you can get philbars RAM or similar. By then the price of DDR3 would have gone down even more.
