Help with upgrade question.

I have never tried this before but if I were to upgrade a system with new mobod (amd 939 to intel 775) and switch out everything else except the hard drives could I do it without reinstalling the os? Just go in and delete all the drivers for the 939 and install the new ones for the intel? Is it possible?

You may be able to use a repair/upgrade install for it to work.
