Default help with PSU and cooling

Hi im building a new pc and i was just wondering how much watts in a PSU i would need for the following setup and also will i need extra cooling options installed?

AMD X2 4400

1gb ram (2x512)

NVIDIA 6800GT 256mb

250gb hd

Oh and can any1 recommend a good mobo which will be compatible with those parts plz

You should get around a 500 watt power supply. But make sure its a good brand like Antec, OCZ, or Fortron.

I would go with DFI for motherboard.
