Help with possible new system

Hi, I first looked at Dell XPS, but after looking at this site, that doesn't seem like such a good idea.

I haven't built a computer before though, so not exactly sure what I'm getting into.

Seems like sites like www.digitalstormonline.com will do a build for you, but it costs $300-$400 more though.

Anyways, here is what I've come up with so far. Will be used for gaming, and poker on 2 monitors(One dell 20" 2001fp, one dell 24" 2004fpw).

Total is roughly $1800 plus $800 for the dell 24" monitor. I may hold off on the monitor till it goes cheaper though. I already own the 20" dell 2001fp.

Any comments/help much appreciated.
 
Get the DFI SLI DR

Get the OCZ PSU instead

Get the 74GB Raptor

Get the X-Fi

Get a thermalright XP-90 with a 92mm Panaflo
 
wow dual cores smoke every thing in 3d rendering times...WOOT..
yeah go for the 3800x2, but if you wanna spend some extra ching for the 4400x2, im sure it cant hurt..lol (if you wanna over clock get the opteron 165 x2, cheap and has the l2 2x1mb cache) :D
