Question help picking memory

I want to upgrade my memory with a 1gb stick. Its gotta be pc3200. I want one with a heat spreader and was looking for a cheap one but not to cheap, if you know what I mean.

These are my two choices so far...

or

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146969

I plan in the future to buy another to have 2gb. Are these any good? Is it worth getting one with a heat spreader or purchasing an aftermarket heat spreader?

Thanks.

I've always been a big fan of Crucial's memory. Have you looked at their Ballistix series?

Just checked it out. The bllistix only goes up to 512mb. I'm looking for a gig. Any other suggestions?

I would go with the OCZ. Better timings.

I think I'll go with the OCZ. I'm deciding between the two. Will there be a notable difference between these.

I found then within $20 from each other and won't mind paying if there is a noticable difference.
