Default Help with new PC

Any input on a new pc would be great, I plan on spending no more then $800 US

Have Case, HD, Power Supply and DVD rom

To begin let me tell you what I want to run with my PC,
most important things in this order
Age of Conan
Autodesk 3ds max, (Fast Rendering Computer would be great)
Warhammer Online
Starcraft II

I would like to run games on maximum settings if possible

What I am currently Plannin on getting

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 Processor EU80571PH0613M - 2.53GHz, 3MB Cache, 1066MHz FSB, Wolfdale-3M, Dual-Core, OEM, Socket 775, Processor at TigerDirect.com

Mobo: Asus P5N-D Motherboard - NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI, Socket 775, ATX, Audio, PCI Express 2.0, Gigabit LAN, SPDIF, USB 2.0, Firewire, Serial ATA, RAID at TigerDirect.com

GFX Card: EVGA GeForce 8800 GTS Video Card - 512MB GDDR3, PCI Express 2.0, SLI Ready, (Dual Link) Dual DVI, HDTV, Video Card 512-P3-N841-AR at TigerDirect.com
(Might SLI at later date)

Ram:
OCZ SLI-Ready Dual Channel 4096MB PC6400 DDR2 800MHz Memory (2x2048MB) OCZ2N800SR4GK at TigerDirect.com

any input is greatly appreciated, is everything compatiable? worth the money?

TY for input, I have been a loyal tigerdirect shopper my whole life but after getting hosed out of my rebates on my last pc I guess its time to shop newegg.
