Help new computer BSOD.

Hey folks i bought a new PC recently but it keeps BSOD in games and when i run prime95 i think the CPU is overheating even though i have the beefy prolimatechs megahalems cooler which will probably need reseated i think.

Heres the error message i get when it blue screens.

Specs:

Operating system: Win 8 64 bit
Graphics card: GTX 580
CPU: i7 950
Motherboard: Sabertooth TUF X58
RAM: 6gb Corsair dominator

Any help on finding the problem would be apreciated if i cant i'll take it to the shop and hopefully it is something that can be fixed.

Btw the PC runs fine at idle.

I believe this is a memory stop error. Try taking 1 or 2 sticks of ram out and seeing if it does it.
