This is about $1,000. To save some money, you can go for the E6320 instead, and overclock it.

actually the Q6600 is gonna be only 270 which might be good if i feel like upgrading it later right?

there is nuthin wrong with vista. ive been running it on this crappy p4 system for ages with no probs. runs same as xp with games.
