Help needed, quick!

Ok so, I RMAed my X800 and recieved a check. Now I have 175.00 free..

But I am videocardless

I need to know whats the best card for my money in the money range of 200-300

If you can, try to keep it EVGA i like their step up program : ]

Another note, if there is another video card that isn't EVGA but is just 10x better even with EVGA's step up program, please don't hesitate to ask.

I need to know quick, so I can buy it tomorrow.

Also if there is a card I can overclock and equal a higher end card, then post that one as well. I kind of think I have an overclocking rig.

Vista Dual Asrock Untied OC tech.
Alot of cooling.
Heatsinks.
550Wpsu
2.5 Gigs of Ram (Value. I know its bad for Ocing)

And also what is the main difference between these brands? XFX evga etc.

I know about XFX's life time double life warranty.
and obviously know of EVGA's

what are the perks for the other brands?
