HELP, Are my parts compatible / which PSU

Hi guys,

1st attempt building a computer could you please look over the parts and tell me if they would be compatible

Motherboard: Crosshair V Formula/ThunderBolt

CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition

Graphics card: Radeon HD6970

RAM: Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9 16GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Vengeance Memory Four Module Kit

Case: Ezcool A180D

have a couple of old dvd RW drives kicking around which i will use to begin with but will change to a blu ray drive if you guys have any reccomendations

also would like a PCIe Wireless network card around 450 mbps

PSU: I have no Idea about what PSU I will Need For this Build (wattage/connectors) please could you recomend me something than can get the job than and more.

Hard Drive: Western Digital 1TB Caviar Green 3.5" SATA-III 6Gb/s Hard Drive - 64MB Cache

Please Help! recomendations/adjustments appreciated
