Default Help with my first build

Ok I posted a thread about the parts I was going to buy a while ago, but I did some more homework and changed it up, also got a motherboard. With this being my first build, I want to make 100% sure that everything is right before I buy it. If you could, please double check my work and post any comments, thoughts, ect. Thanks!!

(Main changes from my origional design:
going from the geforce 7950 gtx2 to a geforce 8800 wtf pwner card
upgraded the proccessor from an intel 6400 to a 6600 dueo.
upgraded to a 700 watt PSU.)

Same hard drive, just the oem one.

You don't really need a cd rom drive since you have a dvd drive.

Go with the intel core2duo, if you want cheaper then go with either the e6300 or e6400.

I'm not sure about the original motherboard that you listed, you should get another opinion on it.
