got ready to buy everything for my system and the gigabyte ds3r is out of stock...

E6750
pny 8800gt
2gb ballistics

what is a good overall mobo for around 100-120 USD

are 650i chipsets anything to consider or is p35 the way to go?

P35 is better. Unless you want SLI, definitely go with P35.

The Abit IP35 is just as good... why not grab it?

its actually slightly better
i can't see a better idea unless you can find a p5k under $150
