HELP ME!! Thanx

I finally sorta finished my first computer I just have one problem.

Everytime I start to install windows in freezes my computer!!!

It Loads the CD and when it says 'Welcome to Setup.' it tells me to eather prees Enter, R. or F3. I press Enter (to start setup) but it just stays there and I can't even quit.


Any Ideas why this happens? Please help! Thank you in Advance.

which version of windows?

quick first guess...you need to change a setting for the cdrom drive...you a jumper needs to be moved on it...depending
