Hello, my computer is currently at $1,626.05 after shipping but i need it to be under $1,500 after shipping. Im struggling b/c I dont really want to sacrifice anything = \. I need Help lowering this computer down about $126.05. I dont want to change my Videocard or my Monitor.

I dont really plan on overclocking. I just want to play WoW, CS 1.6, CS Source, BF:2, BF: 2142, FEAR, Company of Heros, and other games like that at max settings at a Res of 1680x1050 with VERY VERY good FPS. I think the Videocard can handle this if im not mistaken.

is dropping down to a E6300 really bad?

I have no clue how to overclock so that doesnt really help me much ><

my case comes with a 420w PSU is that enough to power my system? I know case PSU's suck but would it be good enough to last me for awhile? That would save me 99.99 right there.

the e6300 is still really good, and i don't think it'll bottleneck anything in your system. my 4 suggestions are

1) drop the mobo to a gigabyte ds3 - ~$50

2) don't go with the case psu, but go with the psu Ste suggested its still a good one - ~$40-50

3) maybe even think about dropping to a 1gb stick and pick up another later? grab this, i think its the same as those 2 sticks you were going to get and that would save you ~$100 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231088

4) or you could drop to the e6300 and save ~$120

you sure it wont fit? i read reviews and havent heard anything about a motherboard problem.

"Motherboard Compatibility Standard Micro ATX / Baby AT"

Directly From Newegg. Either a MATX mobo or a BAT mobo will fit. But not a ATX Mobo.

The question you want to ask yourself is if you want to risk it. And have to return and buy one or the other.

well do you or anyone know of some good cases? I was thinking of the Antec 900 but it went from like 124.99 to 149.99 = \
