no offense but your specs suck, thats the answer plain and simple. have you ever considered upgrading? get a gig of ram and you should be good to go.

I would ger some RAM. That will speed it up. I would suggest at least another 256 stick, or 2, 512MB sticks...

Dell 4K S2817Q / Logitech Z-680 / Func MS3 Mouse / Corsair K70
NZXT Source 530 / i7-3770K / Corsair H100 / ASRock Z77 Extreme4 / SoundBlaster Recon3d
Samsung 850 PRO 512GB SSD/Seagate 1TB/2TB/WD 2TB
4x4GB Corsair Vengeance 2133 / PNY GTX 980 ti/ Seasonic M12II 850W

I know how to make your computer faster. Take the one you have now and chuck it out the window then build a better one. Their you go problem solved.

ok seriously guys, we all dont have the best computers.

Besides ram, i would consider getting a larger hard drive, thats why after a while your comp seems to be getting slow

Ram is what i would consider upgrading first tho

(BTW, this shouldnt b in the "high performance" section)
