Going by the ~$800 budget you had on the first page, I'd go:

CPU: $125 AMD Phenom II X4 960T
HDD: $100 750GB Hitachi Deskstar
GPU: $260 Sapphire HD 6950
MB + OS: $205 ASRock 970 Extreme4 + Win7 HP 64-Bit OEM
PSU + ODD: $75 OCZ ModXStream Pro 600 + Sony 24x DVD/CD Burner
RAM + Case: $89 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1600 + Cooler Master HAF 912

Total = $854 (-$55 in rebates = $799)

All the components come with initial drivers, I would certainly check for updated drivers on the video card once its installed though.

Light up, in what way? Some fans have LEDs, your motherboard has a light, your power and hdd light up front.

Usually, it's 3-5 day shipping. Depends on your location and where it is coming from. You can watch the tracking to get an idea where it is.

oh also do you know if the parts are going to come all in one box? or shipped from each manufacture to me? EX: the mother board shiped from there manufacture and the video card from another. or is it all going to be coming from newegg? 1st time buying so yeah : [

It ships from Newegg's warehouse. The case is going to be in a seperate package, and the rest might be in 1 or 2 packages, depending how much they can safely package in a box.
