Default Help me find a mobo...

I need to find a mobo to go with an E6600. I've been reading a lot of reviews and i dont want one where i have to worry about what ram i have and it will all work together. i dont need SLI and i dont want to go above $200. I also would like some decent oc'ing capabilities.

Ditto on the Asus P5B / P5B Deluxe. Seems an awesome board.
