In any event, your rig seems perfect to start and future proof. If your mobo supports it, which I think it does, go a notch up on the ram, a single 1 gig and maybe 5400. For now 400w PSU is plenty fine...you can always do like me and get supplemental psu power, for real dedicated gpu feed, but again...you don't need to spend extra there until you need.
so save money by not getting the other psu, put that into more ram in the single stick....2-3 years down the road, pop in another ram stick and maybe swap out the pentium D with a conroe for 200-300. Easy upgrade
