Default Help me build a computer

as the title says, i need to build a system for my sister, $500 including 19" monitor...integrated is fine as long as its a 3200+/8200+, no Intel's GMA's

intel or amd will work
i have the case/psu picked out so far - Antec Three Hundred + BP430 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 430W Power Supply - Computer Cases

everything else is up for grabs
obviously she doesn't need the best, or the fastest, but enough to watch movies and stroll the net
oh yea, no OS needed as i can provide that

this is what i managed to pick up

any changes that will improve the computer will be greatly appreciated
