Wait wait! Where's the Crucial Magicstix?

um, what?

i suggest going with the coolermaster centurion 5. i just bought one and am putting my moms rig together in it...it is AWESOME. the fans are really quiet, there is plenty of room, it looks fantastic (i got the one with no window)..etc etc i cant say enough about it.
i am hard pressed not to take it for myself and give my mom my rosewill case lol.
i'll just buy myself another one i guess...i mean its REALLY nice.
plus, its like a hundred dollars cheaper than that nxzt case, which is a full tower, which you definitely do NOT need for a build like yours (no offense i have a kinda similar build...what i mean is, it just doesnt need a case that big). and the centurion looks much better IMO...that nxzt is fugly.
this ram is a whole lot cheaper than that gskill (has a 40.00 MIR) and will do the same timings:
Newegg.com - CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail
this 7900gs is 100 dollars cheaper than that evga:
Newegg.com - Foxconn FV-N79SM2D2-OC GeForce 7900GS 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
dont get me wrong i have/love evga products...i just think they are gouging on their 7900gs cards. my first one (last year) didnt even cost as much as they want for them now. i mean with sixty more of the dollars that i just saved you, you could get this card:
Newegg.com - EVGA 320-P2-N811-AR GeForce 8800GTS 320MB 320-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail
it will pretty much own a single 7900gs.
if you are looking to save money though, get the foxconn 7900gs, or the bfg 7900gs (on newegg).

Thanks for the info. I know the NZXT is way bigger than what I need. Due to my low budget, I probably won't be able to afford it. I might just have to get the CoolerMaster Centurion 5.

well the micron thing chips in the XMS's... makes it highly overclockable or not overclockable one bit... and the Crucial's are one of the better mem companies.. and super bang for the buck for its price

so I should spend the little bit extra for the Crucial sticks?

BTW, Thanks for all the info guys!

if u wanna overclock... definitely... actually i recommend it even if u don't overclock :)

Ok, I'll get the Crucial memory instead. Now I'm going to see how much everything will be after the mail in rebates...
