Take into consideration a change of the video card, most people are suggesting a 4890, I am assuming your little brother does not have a monitor above 22 inches. If his monitor is below 22 inches, get the build above.

Getting that video card instead will provide more performance, and if you really wanted to get it, it is still in his budget, 786$ all together with the 4890.
