I know windows will not create FAT32 partritions larger than 32gb, however if larger FAT32 partritions already exist it will recognize them and be able to read/write to them. However a 3rd party program is usually required to initialy create the larger than 32gb FAT32 partrition.
All the programs I have seen are expensive. Does anyone know where I can get a free program that will format an 80gb HDD in FAT32? If not free, than at least cheap?
