Stick with everything you have, drop the q9300 for an e8400, and get the Biostar P43..

Newegg.com - BIOSTAR TForce TP43D2A7 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards and drop the HD 4670 for an HD 4650.. that way the performance drop isn't too much

If you want to cut back more, you could get an e7200 or an e5200
