Default help with building my own PC

I have decided to build my own PC and i am going to ask you guys for help.

Mobo :

Asus M2N68-AM Plus DDR2/A/V/GBLan

which is better?

AMD athlon64 x2 240 ( which i chose for its OC capability )

Powercolor HD 4670 1GB DDR3 128 bit

2GB pc6400 ddr2 800

I will be using this for gaming but I am not the kind who plays games on a very high resolution at the highest settings although I am going to play high end games like Assassins Creed 2 so I need a build with good frame rates, good performance and will be able to overclock well.

I don't know which brand of RAM is good for overclocking so please advice me one. And I don't know If this build will be overclocking smoothly. THANKS

Sorry I couldn't tell if the link works immediately coz of the approval requirements. Fixed it .
