No. And that is actually part of the larger HAF Stacker case. It's meant to go on top or bottom of the main part.

You can use the 915F by itself, just you can't use anything larger than mITX boards with it.

That case is terrible. Also, stick with the ASRock boards. Can you use any coolers with the Silverstone or 200r? Yes.

Yea, that Rosewill is like the cheap of the cheap man. Back in the day you could get decent 30 dollar steel cases that were worth a bit. These days a cheap case like that is flimsy, has 0 air flow (look at that 80mm fan), and has 0 options for cable management. It's a shame really but at least the NZXT Source 210 isn't a bad cheap option.
