Default HD PC Gaming?

Im probably doing something noobishly wrong here, but I bought an x1900 video card, and it came with an HD-TV adapter.

Well anyway I hooked my pc with it up to my 50" tv, which supports HD, and all the picture on the tv comes out extremely blurry. My N64 isnt even that blurry on that tv and it has10 times less video power.

So what am I doing wrong, and is there any way to make the picture on my pc be not so blurry?

You need to set the PC resolution to the TV's native resolution which is...i dunno.
