Default have to upgrade and am want to know if these parts are any good

now, that my 6600GT has decided to die on me i'm gonna have to upgrade after my birthday (in October) and these are the parts i'm looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125028

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813128268R

i'd like to keep it under $200, if someone can suggest a good SLI (thats under $100 and doesn't need a flip chip if it is "open box") board that would be great.

I don't know of many mobos that have a software controlled SLi switch for cheap

I have this mobo, and found it to be nice and stable:
Gigabyte GA-K8N-SLI Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $82.99

Also, the 7600GS is a good choice for your budget:
eVGA 256-P2-N541-TX Geforce 7600GS 256MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail $109.99

TOTAL: $192.98

If gigabyte is known for anything, its being anything but silent... lol..

I Bought their "Rocket 3D CPU Cooler", My worst investment ever.

A. It cooling abilitys are POOR.

B. It definantly lives up to its name, Rocket 3D.. it generates as much noise as a real rocket...

Great choice. What did you expect with something named the "Rocket 3D CPU cooler"?
