As long as you have a full ATX case and not an mATX case.

That build looks good, but get a P45, instead of that G31..

You might want to explain a little more than just get this. Why? What's better about it? is it personal experience with it or reading reviews, etc... by just saying this, doesn't help out a potential buyer, user.

guh, soo, tell me, would it be easier, AMD or Intel for me since I will explain the situation for you guys. My PC is a piece of crap, I don't even have pixel shader 3.0, so I wanted to get a brand spankin' new i7, but I decided not to with the release of direct X 11 cards leter on, so I am just upgrading my pc for the moment so I can play games well on Gamer settings until I save up for a High Performance PC and sell this one, so no overclocking for now is expected.

actually, I may be able to get a quad phenom at the same price as the e7300

ah, the motherboard will run me more money that way
