You'll probably have to set the RAM to the correct settings, but that wont be too hard.

Actually i think im going to save the money and just get a basic but great card? any ideas on the perfect card for me?

Looks good to me.

Except get this copy of windows 7. The other is an upgrade version.

Does it make a difference if i get the Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 1-Pack for System Builders - OEM

or just the normal 1? if so whats the difference really when i load it and boot up? ( sry for so many questions.. im learning alot!)

With an upgrade copy you need to already own a previous version of windows. With the one I linked above it is a full copy. Get the one in my previous post.

Alright!!!! i got the whole list + the windows 7 u linked me. total comes to 1757.92

I appreciate all your time//patience! couldnt of done it without you! now to order this and figure out how to put it all together ha!

Thx again! ahhh side note-- I dont really need a heatsink do i? all the stock fans and what not will be fine? i dont plan on overclocking

The stock fan will be fine if you don't plan on OCing. Also if you don't have a DVD drive already get this one.
