Default Hard drives

I need to get a Hard drive that is good in size, Sata II and had a good price. I will be getting 3 so I can use a raid 5 setup. I would have found one myself but pricegrabber is all messed up.

Could you please refresh my memory as to what raid 5 is? I looked at wikipedia but it was confusing.
