Hard Drive Question

I just built a new system:

Intel i7 2600k
ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe LGA 1155 Intel Z68
16GB G-Skill DDR3 1600
eVGA GTX 570
Segate Hard Drive 1TB 1.5Gb/s
Antec 850 Watt Modular PSU

I sold the Hard Drive listed above as part of my old system. So I need a Hard Drive. I can't afford an SSD big enough to satisfy my wants but I definitely want a setup faster than the single drive I used to have.

Is it better to get say two 1.5TB Sata III 6Gb/s drives and put them in Raid 0, or to get a smaller SSD and for the OS with another drive for storage? My board also supports SSD Caching and I am not sure if that's a good option either? Any opinions?

i think this is a perfect solution for you... this hard drive is basically a hard drive with a SSD strapped to it... its a 500gig hard drive with a 4gig cache. much faster than a hard drive, faster than a 10,000rpm hard drive, but slower than a SSD... but much cheaper than a SSD
