Hard drive decision

Hello, I'm just looking for some suggestions about how to configure my new hard drive setup.

I currently have:

40 GB Western Digital Master IDE Drive with 8.85 GB free
Which has Windows XP, Program files....

40 GB Western Digital SATA with 12.8 GB free
Which has my music, my driver collection, program collection, movies, conspiracy stuff (http://www.infowars.com)...

Im getting rid of the IDE drive so I will have:

250 GB Western Digital SATA
40 GB Western Digital SATA

Which drive should I use for my master and slave?

The 40GB should be the master with Windows and apps, and the 250GB should be the slave for storage of music, games, etc...
