Hi, I am jon I am a tech review expert for 16 years right now the only options that I can for the budget are the pmr perpendicular hard drives ssd are to expensive they are quicker thoubut I was reading up on the new hamr ( heat asisted magnectic recorders ) they are better because they heat up a 50 nm spot on a magnectic alloyed to reverse the polarization on the disk so the bitsdont conflict with oneanother so theres know data degradtion like in the pmrs so I am going to wait and, for now use my pmrs. well I hope this answare your question good day.
