Can any one of u friends explain me whats the difference between a processor which has a multiplier lock and one which has in unlock.

Which one is the best????

to overclock

200 x 10 (normal) = 2.o

200x13 (overclock) =2.6

Locked:
200 x 10 (normal) = 2.0

260 x 10 (overclock) = 2.6
