hello, i read on the internet that it matters on which chipset motherboard you get such as a h61 h67 p67 and a z68.
what i think the website meant is that h61 cant overclock the 2600k or 2500k that much as they cant change the core multiplier. though the p67 can and the z68 is a recall of the p67.
what i will be running in my system is a gigabyte ati 6850 and a normal hard drive.
the real question is which one would i be better getting, will overclocking the 2500k on the flash motherboard be better than the i7 2600k
the i5 2500k with a flash motherboard.

i have a Corsair tx 650 watt power supply
kingmax 8gb ddr3 1333 mhz
will that cheap 71 dollar motherboard have a effect on the i7 2600k ? or my system specs.
