Most cases with the PSU at the bottom will have the PSU flipped upside-down.

Nice job on those wires.

It does look like if that power supply fan was at the bottom, the hot air would be going out the bottom of the case thru those ventilation holes, and not back up thru your case and toward the rest of your components.
