Default guide

I'm looking to buy a new gaming desktop and want to know if there is some sort of guide out there that compares hardware

like a certain companies video card versus another companies card and why one is better than the other

also a guide that helps me to understand why todays games need the equipment they do as opposed to yesterdays games.

thanks

Thumbs up

If you're after hardware comparisons, definitely check out Toms Hardware for expert advice. One of the best computer hardware sites around.
