I used the same pcpartpicker and only edited your list. The 1060 was cheaper. If you want to spend the extra cash for the 590 that's up to you. I only wanted to stay within your predetermined budget.

Change that ram to something better like G Skill Trident Z 3200Mhz. Also, that power supply is not that good. You can get be quiet 700w for the same price.
